Terms of Use
MaYa is provided by My Shop Technologies Ltd., My Shop USA Inc. (1590 NE 162nd St, Suite 500, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, USA) and My Shop Holdings Inc. ("MyShop", "we") to help you find restaurants that use MyShop, browse their menus and order from them directly. By using it you agree to these terms.
What it does
MaYa shows restaurants, menus and prices, and builds a basket in your AI assistant. Nothing is ordered in the chat: you sign in with a MaYa Account and place the order yourself on the restaurant's own order page, and you pay the restaurant on its own payment page.
The restaurant is the seller
The order, the food, the price, delivery or pickup, and any refund are between you and the restaurant, under its own terms. MyShop provides the technology and is not the seller.
Prices and accuracy
Menus are collected once a night. Your basket is priced against the restaurant's live menu before you order, and the order page shows the final total before you place it. Dish photos and descriptions come from the restaurant.
Items restricted by age
To order an item restricted by age, such as alcohol, you must be of legal age (21 in the United States, 18 in Israel) and confirm it. The restaurant may check your ID.
Acceptable use
Use MaYa only for genuine orders. Do not submit false details, place orders you do not intend to collect or pay for, or interfere with the service.
Availability
MaYa covers restaurants in the United States and Israel that use MyShop. Ordering is open at participating restaurants. The service may change or be unavailable at times.
No warranty; limitation
MaYa is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MyShop is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
